Surrey City Center will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland for the third annual WinterFest Celebration February 26th 2011. Activities and attractions include: Two toboggan runs, an outdoor skating rink and a curling zone. New for 2011, the Olympic flash back- a look back at how Surrey celebrated the 2010 Winter Olympics.
